Some villages have some very peculiar ways of celebrating their religious festivities but this one in Mexico beats them all.
"El carnaval de san Juan de la vega, en honor al santo del mismo nombre, se caracteriza por su peculiaridad pues es único en donde durante el transcurso de todo el día martes de carnaval los habitantes detonan truenos elaborados de forma cacera, a base de clorato y azufre."
